Departing from Funchal, travel to São Vicente on the north coast, known for its vineyards and volcanic origins, and admire the famous “bride’s veil” waterfall. Continue through Seixal, where you’ll enjoy views of its striking black sand beach, and visit the hidden gem of Poças das Lesmas, featuring unique lava rock formations.

Stop at the natural volcanic pools of Porto Moniz for a refreshing swim (entrance not included), then head off-road to the magical Fanal Forest, home to ancient trees within the UNESCO-listed Laurissilva Forest. Learn about this unique ecosystem before continuing to the scenic plateau of Paúl da Serra, where you’ll have a lunch break (not included).

Recharge your energy in Porto Santo, a peaceful and revitalizing haven.

The beautiful beaches invite you to relax to the sound of the waves, while the mild climate and serene atmosphere provide the perfect environment to rejuvenate body and mind.

­

We'll start the tour with picking you up from your hotel in Funchal. Then we will travel by boat to the island of Porto Santo.

­

There, a local assistant will be waiting for you and take you on a guided walking tour around the island.

­

We will range the island from the shore to the mountains and stop at the Portela Viewpoint, from where you will se the most magnificent views.

­

After the walking tour you'll have time to eat lunch and then you can enjoy the afternoon by exploring the island yourself, or just relaxing on the beach.

­

At the end of the day we will take the boat back to Funchal and take you to your hotel.

After breakfast, meet your driver for your transfer to Madeira International airport (FNC). We recommend scheduling your hotel pick-up approximately 4 hours before your flight departure time to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to the airport.
