Dr. Ahmad Homsi: A Leader in International Economic Law and Arbitration
Aistinguished legal professional with extensive expertise in international economic law, arbitration, and corporate management. Since January 2009, he has served as the Director of the Homsi International Law Firm for Economic and Financial Consultations, Arbitration, and Reconciliation, which maintains several global branches.
Dr. Homsi’s academic background includes a PhD in International Economic Law from the University of Paris (2015) and a Higher Diploma in Corporate Management from the University of Florida (2011). He has been a lecturer at Damascus University since December 2014, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of legal minds.
His commitment to the international legal community is evident through his memberships, including the Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva and the Arab International Committee for Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from the League of Arab States (2025 session). Furthermore, he acts as a Representative of the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Commercial and Industrial Property Branch, and provides legal counsel as an advisor and agent to numerous foreign embassies and Arab and international companies.
